Registration Fees

2026-27 Player Registration Fees

Season registration fees do not include:

  • Team Fees - All divisions
  • Tryout Fees - Rep only
  • Additional Rep Fees - Rep only

Additional Fees at Time of Registration - applies to Transfer players and players born outside Canada

  • Player Movement Fee – $15 (applies if transferring from another association also applies to all players born outside Canada

Full-Time Goalies

  • U11, U13, U15, U18, and U21 full-time goalies receive a 50% discount on the player registration fee.
  • To qualify, goalies must be registered as full-time and supply their own complete goalie equipment.
  • Part-time goalies pay the full player registration fee.
  • U7 and U9 divisions do not offer a full-time goalie option.

3rd Child Discount

  • 50% OFF youngest child’s registration fee. (not applicable to the BC Hockey/PCAHA Affiliation fee).  Please register all players and choose payment plan. Then email Registrar to have discount applied

LOST OR DAMAGE JERSEYS

  • Each athlete is given a home and away jersey for use during the season.
  • Jerseys are for game use only.
  • Jerseys are to be returned at the end of the season. Lost or damaged jerseys will incur a $100 fee per jersey.

INSUFFICIENT VOLUNTEER HOURS

  • All families are required to fulfill Association Volunteer hours.
  • Families who do not meet their Association Volunteer hours will incur a fee of $200 per athlete at the end of the season.

EARLY Bird Discount

  • Save $100 by registering between May 1st to May 15th

PAYMENT METhODS

  • Credit Cards (VISA or MasterCard).
  • Cash or Cheques are NOT accepted

PAYMENT PLAN

  • We offer a payment plan through our online registration
  • There is no additional cost for the payment plan.
  • An initial deposit of $200 will be made at the time of registration, with the balance of 3 equal payments due June 15, July 15 and August 15

REFUND POLICY

  • Non-refundable fee - $100
  • Prior to August 1st - 100% refund (less non-refundable fee)
  • August 1st to August 15th - 75% refund (less non-refundable fee)
  • August 16th to September 15th - 50% refund (less non-refundable fee)
  • After September 15th - No refund
  • Tryout Fees (after August 15th) and Rep Fees - Non-refundable
  • Medical Withdrawals - withdrawal from the association due to medical issues will be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact the Registrar for more information.

REP AND C TIERED TEAM TRYOUT FEE

This is an optional fee for athletes wishing to tryout for Rep ("A") OR Tiered C Teams. Rep Tryout fees are non-refundable after August 15th.

Rep A Tryout Fee

  • U11A: $200 
  • U13A: $200
  • U15A: $200
  • U18A: $200

Tiered C Tryout Fee

  • U11/U13/U15/U18: $125

REP Fees

Athletes who are successful in making a Rep team will be invoiced a REP FEE at the start of the season. REP FEES are due by September 30th.

  • U11A Rep Fee - $250
  • U13A Rep Fee - $350
  • U15A Rep Fee - $350
  • U18A Rep Fee - $300
