• Only local teams will receive games on Thursday, March 7th - after school.
• Out of town teams need to be prepared for their first games on Friday, March 8th - during the day.
• Teams need to be prepared to play games on Friday, March 8th during school hours. Games start 6:00am.
• Games will commence on Saturday, March 9th and Sunday, March 10th at 6:00am.

A $100 deposit is required to register. 

Deposit to be sent by E-transfer to Treasurer@TriCitiesFemaleIceHockey.ca. 

In the notes of the E-transfer you must include the Association, Team, and Division (i.e.  TCFIHA U18A1, TCFIHA U18C1) in the notes.

1. Prior to December 31st, 2023 - $100 cancellation fee;

2. January 1st, 2024 onward - Any team that withdraws after being offered a spot in the tournament loses the tournament fee and deposit.

In the event that Provincial Health orders prevent a team from traveling or prevents the tournament from proceeding, you will receive a full refund minus the $100 deposit.

Teams may not be substituted without the written approval if the Tournament Director.

Credit Card or E-transfer for remaining tournament fee (minus the $100 deposit).
