U11 Pathways Program

The U11 Pathways Program is a FREE curriculum established by Hockey Canada to guide U9 players as they transition from cross-ice/half-ice setup into the full-ice competitive environment of U11.
REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 25 at 1PM
*This program is only offered to registered TCFIHA players. 
This program will be led by Karen's Hockey School.
Over 3 Days, we will teach U11 players about:
●Offsides (30%)
●Icing (30%)
●Stoppage/Start of Play (15%)
●Positional Play (INTRO): Offensive, NZ, Defensive Zone (15%)
●Game Flow – Change on the Fly/Line Changes (10%)
Last 2 days are dedicated to actual game play, where players get to apply these game concepts.
* Goalies are welcome to attend but please note, no instruction will be given.

 

IMPORTANT: This program is only offered to 1st year U11s (born 2017) or new to hockey.

August 17-19 (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) (SKILL Sessions)
4:00pm - 5:00pm
August 20/21 (Thursday/Friday) (SCRIMMAGES)
2:15pm - 3:15pm
