IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The 2027 TCFIHA Female REP Classic Tournament will be accepting teams in limited numbers to ensure our tournament remains as competitive as possible.

Please note that completing the Expression of Interest form does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.

The January 2027 tournament will commence on Friday, January 1, 2027.

All teams must be prepared to play as early as 7:00 AM on Friday, January 1, 2027.

Registration Opens July 31

Registrations Terms and Conditions

Acceptance: Teams will be notified by September/early October 2026 regarding their acceptance into the tournament.

Tournament-Initiated Cancellation:

If your team is not accepted into the tournament, TriCities Female Ice Hockey will issue a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Team-Initiated Cancellation:

Any team that withdraws after being offered a spot in the tournament will forfeit all tournament registration fees paid.

Final Payment:

Registered teams acknowledge that final payment is due upon request.

Outstanding Balances:

Any accepted team with an outstanding registration balance 30 days or less before the tournament start date may be removed from the tournament schedule at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Only local teams will receive games on Thursday, March 11 (after school).

All teams must be prepared to play as early as 7:00 AM on Friday, March 12, 2027.
