We are pleased to share with you the official package for the upcoming TCFIHA AGM on May 13th. Your participation is important to the ongoing success of our association, and we welcome all members in good standing to attend.
AGM Overview
The 2025 TCFIHA AGM will include the following agenda items, reflecting both the accomplishments of the past year and the planning for the season ahead:
  • Recognition of our Graduating U18 Players – We will proudly acknowledge our graduating U18 players. These athletes have been role models on and off the ice, and we are excited to send them off with our support for their future journeys.
  • Presentation of the U18 Scholarships – In recognition of their achievements, community involvement, and commitment to hockey, we will award this year’s U18 scholarships to deserving recipients.
  • Annual Awards Ceremony – Join us in recognizing outstanding Association volunteers and referees.
  • Review of the 2024/2025 Season – We will present a comprehensive recap of the season’s successes, challenges, and key moments.
  • Financial Report Presentation
  • Election of New Board Members
  • Special Resolution – Updated Bylaws

Please note, we’ve extended the deadline to submit Board Nominations to Sunday, May 11th. We encourage you to review each candidate’s bio in the attached document and we will send a revised list if we receive any more nominations before the AGM.

Please note, each parent/guardian of a registered TCFIHA player is entitled to one vote, with a maximum of two votes per family, regardless of the number of children registered. If only one parent can attend, the other parent/guardian can vote by proxy > Proxy Vote Form
