Registration Fees
2025-26 Player Registration Fees
Season registration fees do not include:
- Team Fees - All divisions
- Tryout Fees - Rep only
- Additional Rep Fees - Rep only
Additional Fees at Time of Registration
- BC Hockey / PCAHA Affiliation Fee – $85 (already included in the registration fee)
- Player Movement Fee – $15 (only applies if transferring from another association)
- Socks – One pair of blue game socks is included with registration. Additional pairs can be purchased during registration for $28 each.
Full-Time Goalies
- U11, U13, U15, U18, and U21 full-time goalies receive a 50% discount on the player registration fee.
- To qualify, goalies must be registered as full-time and supply their own complete goalie equipment.
- Part-time goalies pay the full player registration fee.
- U7 and U9 divisions do not offer a full-time goalie option.
3rd Child Discount
- 50% OFF youngest child’s registration fee. (not applicable to the BC Hockey/PCAHA Affiliation fee). Please contact the Registrar for 3rd child discount code.
JERSEY DEPOSIT
- Each athlete is given a home and away jersey for use during the season.
- Jerseys are for game use only.
- A jersey deposit is required if your athlete's jersey(s) is lost or damaged.
- U7, U9, U11 - $100 posted dated cheque due by September 30th. This will be collected by your Team Manager.
- U13, U15, U18, U21 - Two (2) separate $100 posted dated cheques are due by September 30th and will be collected by your Team Manager.
- Please make post-dated cheque payable to TCFIHA dated April 1, 2026
VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT
- All families are required to volunteer 4 hours per athlete.
- A Volunteer Deposit of $200 per athlete is required at by September 30, 2025 and will be collected by your Team Manager.
- Please make post-dated cheque payable to TCFIHA dated April 1, 2026

- Please forward your proof of receipt to our Registrar to ensure smooth processing of funding and to enable us to defer any payment as necessary.
EARLY Bird Discount
- Save $100 by registering on or before July 15th
PAYMENT METhODS
- Credit Cards (VISA or MasterCard).
- Cash or Cheques are NOT accepted
PAYMENT PLAN
- We offer a payment plan through our online registration, if you register on or before July 15th
- There is no additional cost for the payment plan.
- An initial deposit of $75 will be made at the time of registration, with the balance of 2 equal payments due August 1st and September 1st.
REFUND POLICY
- Non-refundable fees - $85 PCAHA fee plus any credit card processing fees
- By August 15th - 100% refund (less non-refundable fees)
- August 16th to September 15th - 90% refund (less non-refundable fees)
- September 16th to September 30th - 75% refund (less non-refundable fees)
- After September 30th - No refund
- Withdrawal from the Association due to medical issues will be reviewed by the Board on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Registrar for more information.
REP TRYOUT FEE
- This is an optional fee for athletes wishing to tryout for Rep ("A")
- Rep Tryouts - U11C1 - $150
- Rep Tryouts – U13A & U15A - $200
- Rep Tryouts - U18A - $200
- ** Non refundable after August 15th
REP FEES
- Athletes who are successful in making a Rep team will be invoiced a REP FEE at the start of the season.
- This is due by September 30th.
- U11C1 Rep Fee - $250
- U13A, U15A Rep Fee - $350
- U18A Rep Fee - $250
