Our U7 and U9 programs are designed to introduce young players to the game of hockey in a fun, supportive, and development-focused environment.

Emphasizing skill-building, teamwork, and confidence, these programs follow Hockey Canada’s Long-Term Player Development model.

With a focus on skating, puck skills, and small-area games, players learn at their own pace while building friendships and a love for the game.

Our Recreational "C" (house) program offers teams for players from U11 through U18. Players of all skill levels have the opportunity to enjoy competitive hockey in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Players are evaluated at the start of the season and placed on teams tiered by skill level. The focus of our recreation program is on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while participating in league games, practices, and tournaments.

It's a great way for players to grow both on and off the ice without the time and travel commitments of more competitive stream.

Note: Our U11C1 team is part of our competitive program. The team is selected though tryouts.

For players in U13 through U18 (including U11C1) seeking a higher level of play, our Competitive (Rep) program offers advanced development and more challenging competition.

Teams are selected through tryouts and can expect increased practice time, skill development, and participation in competitive league play and tournaments.

This program is ideal for dedicated athletes looking to elevate their game and compete at a higher level while representing Tri-Cities Female Ice Hockey.

Our Goalie Development Program is designed to support goalies at all levels with specialized training and mentorship.

Through dedicated goalie sessions, on-ice instruction, and position-specific drills, we help goalies build confidence, improve technique, and develop their unique role within the team.

Our program ensures goalies get the focused attention they need to succeed!

Our Try Hockey program offers a fun, low-pressure opportunity for girls to experience the game—no prior experience needed!

With equipment available to borrow and supportive coaches on the ice, participants learn basic skating and hockey skills while building confidence and having fun.

This program is only offered at select times throughout the year, and it's a great way to see if hockey is the right fit before committing to a full season.

Our hockey camps provide additional development opportunities for players looking to build skills, stay active, and have fun during the off-season or school breaks. Camps focus on skating, puck handling, shooting, and game play in a supportive and engaging environment.

We open registration first to Tri-Cities Female Ice Hockey Association members, with remaining spots offered to players from other PCAHA associations if available.

Our annual Tri-Cities Female Ice Classic is a highlight of the season, celebrating skill, sportsmanship, and the spirit of the game.

In our most recent tournament, we proudly welcomed 94 teams from across the region and the US.

The event features exciting competition, a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and great community support. It’s a memorable weekend for players, families, and fans.
