If you're new to hockey—whether you're a player or a parent—you've come to the right place! At Tri-Cities Female Ice Hockey Association (TCFIHA), we’re proud to offer a welcoming, inclusive environment where girls and young women of all skill levels can fall in love with the game.

We’re here to make your daughter's first hockey experience easy, fun, and memorable.

We occasionally offer “Try Hockey” sessions—a free event where players can come out, borrow gear, and experience hockey in a relaxed setting. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages for upcoming dates.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A CSA-approved helmet with a cage
• Hockey skates
• Shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin guards
• Hockey pants and gloves
• Neck guard and mouth guard
• Hockey stick
