A $100 deposit is due at the time of online registration to show your intent to attend the tournament.

Acceptance: Teams will be notified in December 2025 if your team has been accepted into the tournament.

Full fees are due once your team has been accepted into the tournament

TriCities Female Ice Hockey initiated cancellation:

• If your team is not accepted, at the discretion of TriCities Female Ice Hockey, you will receive a refund for any monies paid.
• Refunds will be issued on January 1st 2026.

Team initiated cancellation:

• $100 cancellation fee.
• Any team that withdraws after being offered a spot in the tournament loses the tournament fee and deposit.
• FINAL PAYMENT: Registered participants acknowledge that final payments are due upon request.
• OUTSTANDING BALANCES: If an accepted team has an outstanding registration fee 30 days or less to the tournament start date. No refund will be issued and the team will be removed from the schedule.
